Every tier runs the same product — templates, schedules, the permanent record, export. Tiers set how many people can work together, not which features work. The one paid extra on any tier is SAML SSO, priced below.

Google and Microsoft sign-in are free on every plan — no add-on, no seat minimum.
SAML SSO and SCIM — the row that usually reads “Contact sales” — are a Team add-on at cost: $125 a month, exactly what our identity provider charges us per connection, passed through with no markup, no onboarding fee, and no enterprise minimum. On annual plans the add-on is billed annually at the matching rate, $1,250, locked for your year. On Enterprise it’s included — the floor absorbs the connection cost.
At cost cuts both ways: when our provider’s price changes, the add-on follows it — down as well as up. Price adjustments take effect at your next renewal.
The exit is printed too.
Cancel whenever you like. Cancelling turns auto-renew off, and you keep full access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. In the first 30 days you get your money back; after that there are no partial refunds. That’s the whole policy.
When a subscription ends — cancelled, refunded, or a trial that ran out — your record goes read-only, not away. You can still sign in, read every run, and export everything; nothing advances and nothing is deleted. Reactivate later and the same tier picks up with your record intact.
There’s no free tier. A permanent record means keeping your data for as long as it matters — that costs real money, and we’d rather print a fair price than pretend otherwise.
